    Wrap text in table (XP)

Can you tell Access to wrap the text in a table view?

There isn't anything like what you get with Excel where you simply click the wrap text button and it automatically changes the row height so you can see all the text. However, you can change the row height to something greater than the default, and then you will see whatever fits in the height you choose. One of the limitations is that the table view can also display memo fields which could be "War and Piece" so you have a fundamental problem with those. Another option is to use the SHIFT-F2 function key to Zoom the cell you are looking at. Carriage returns can be embedded in Access text or memo fields so that if you are looking at data in a single row height cell (or text box) you don't know the data is there. Hope this helps.
