    Mouse Freeze (2000)

While using EXCEL2000 the mouse sometimes freezes and the keyboard will not accept anything either, therby precluding a CTRL-ALT-DEL. This has also happened when connected to the internet. I am forced to reset the PC. Any ideas?

Udating your mouse drivers might be a good idea.

I've sometimes heard of trouble with wheel mouses.

If the manufacturer of your mouse has a website, you shoul dbe able to visit it and download an updated driver if available. Make sure you know the correct model.
