After last patches Win10 File explorer now crashes when opening folders optimized for video files

After this last round of patches (03/15/2017) two different windows 10 systems here will crash their file explorer when opening a folder that has been been "optimized for videos". Changing the optimization to "general items" will stop the crashes. Has anyone else seen this new behavior? (Note that you may want to setup the windows file explorer to "run in its own process" before testing this.)

There's a new patch out today KB4015438 ( 3/20/17 ) that deals with video problems.
    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4015438

This update includes quality improvements. No new operating system features are being introduced in this update. Key changes include:

Addressed a known issue with KB4013429 that caused Windows DVD Player (and 3rd party apps that use Microsoft MPEG-2 handling libraries) to crash.
Addressed a known issue with KB4013429, that some customers using Windows Server 2016 and Windows 10 1607 Client with Switch Embedded Teaming (SET) enabled might experience a deadlock or when changing the physical adapter’s link speed property. This issue is most commonly seen as a DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION or when verifier is enabled a VRF_STACKPTR_ERROR is seen in the Memory dump.
Have you already received that update??

I had not tried it until you suggested it but now that I've installed it, t seems to have fixed the problem on at least one of the systems. Thanks! I'm off to update the next one now.
