Office XP (Word)

Is there anyone out there that can help. Others have tried to give me the answer, but alas to no avail.
When I am opening Word the menu bar and the toolbar lettering is in white. (Example, File, Edit, View, Insert are all in white instead of black). I already went to Control Panel and made the changes and that did not work. Is there anyone that can give me their email address so I can send them a screen shot of Word so they know exactly what I am talking about? Or if someone wants to email me at, then I can email them back the screen shot. What I am thinking is maybe these letters are defaulted to white. I hope not because the white is blaring and very annoying. I am stumped.

Please post replies on the original thread. This way (1) everyone on the Board can learn from the responses, and (2) people won't repeat the same suggestions over again.
