    Dollar Sign Problems (2.0)

    Hi.
I am putting a chart on a form. The chart will show the amount of dollars quoted per week. In the design view the value axis show the amount WITH a dollar sign. But when I try to print it, no dollar sign.
I tried to make a report with the same query. Again, the design view shows the dollar sign, but print preview does not.
The query were both the form and the report get the data from has the column formatted as currency.
I went into the Microsoft Graph area and the value column shows a dollar sign.

    I'm open to any ideas.

    Thanks,
    Mark

    Thanks fot he reply.

In this Access database, there is a schedule for the shop and that has a dollar amount and it shows the dollar amount when printed.

    I have just duplicated this problem (I think <img src=/S/shrug.gif border=0 alt=shrug width=39 height=15>) in Access 97.

In the Microsoft Graph area set up, where you specify that the value axis should be currency, try 'un-ticking' the 'Linked to source' tick box.

Not sure how this affects the actual values that are displayed, but it did cause the pound sign (in my case) to be displayed.
