Dial-Up Network (Windows 98)
So, I have unistalled, reinstalled my Network files and also reinstalled Windows '98 and am still unable to connect with my ISP. I continue to get the following message: Error 745: An essential file is missing!
Any suggestions, please!lynndelap

Re: Dial-Up Network (Windows 98)
Reinstalling should have fixed this, but MS has specific instructions for replacing a damaged RASAPI32.DLL file in this article: Error Message: Error 745: An Essential File Is Missing (Q174579). Hope this finally does it!
