Sometimes I paste things into emails, and the paragraph format changes, adding a space after the paragraph. When the message arrives, the recipient can't always see formatting of that sort, so I would like to get rid of these spaces, and use and extra line break to mark paragraphs.

Highlight and ctrl-spacebar will change the font back to normal, but how can I change the paragraph formatting back to the default?
