Problems with help file? (Word 2002/XP)

Hello all,

Has anyone encountered problems using the help file for Word 2002? I find that the procedure headings, which look like you should be able to expand them, do not work (when you click the heading to see the full procedure, nothing happens). Any tips on how I might fix it ?

Download the upgrade and install it from <A target="_blank" HREF=http://office.microsoft.com/downloads/2002/wdHelp.aspx>Word 2002 Update: Additional Help Files</A>

Despite the title, this is an upgrade for existing help files.

Better, upgrade all Office help files from <A target="_blank" HREF=http://office.microsoft.com/downloads/2002/ofHelp.aspx>Office XP Update: Additional Help Files</A>. This update includes that one for Word.

Thanks for the tips, but no dice... I had already tried the Word-only version, which didn't solve the problem. Didn' t think to try the update for all Office XP files-- so I took advantage of your link, downloaded, and installed that update too, and again, no dice.
