    Office XP-Language Translation (XP)

Good Evening. I have just been asked by a user for translation support from English to Spanish. I have explored the new Translation support that's part of XP. Which really isn't exactly what I wanted because it takes you to the web and you have to then cut and paste to get the Spanish sentences back into Word. My question of you all-- Do you have a special way to utilize Office Translation that is easier and convenient. I know with Multi-Language support we can use Spansh spell-check, etc. Your suggestions are welcome. Just to give you a little background this is for a new support position in our Victim Witness department that will support our growing Spanish speaking community. Thanks for your thoughts and ideas. Judy

If you didn't do it already, try ot install <A target="_blank" HREF=http://office.microsoft.com/downloads/2002/mtmendez.aspx>Translation Services Provided by Mendez</A>

To use this service from inside Word document, you must be online.
But to me, this service is far from perfect... as all free services are.
