    Queries (AccessXP)

I have several tables that I have combined on to one QBE. When I run the query only two records shows even though there are more records with data in all of the tables. I am getting only the first two records entered into the records. The main table has an autonumber. There is the appropriate foreign key in each table. I have set up relationships and have enforce intregrety on all tables.

I would appreciate any ideas. Thanks. Fay

By QBE, do you mean the query grid? What kind of join did you create between the tables? If you created an inner join ("only include rows where the joined fields from both tables are equal"), you will only get the records that have a matching key in both the joined tables. If you join one of those tables to another table using an inner join, the same kind of filtering will take place and will affect which records are returned from the first table.

Try changing the joins to outer joins ("Include all records from <tablename1> and only those records from <tablename2> where the joined fields are equal").
