OT-Preference (NT/97)

I emailed this to admin but was told to post this here:

I am trying to set my Controls preference to "Default View = Collapsed Threads" and it keeps coming up as Expanded.

What can I do other than clicking the +/- sign when I arrive here?

Thanks,

Michael Abrams

Is your setting in your Control Panel being retained?
Are you arriving at the Lounge by following a link from an email notification?

The settings are being retained. I have changed other items and thet work fine.

I do not enter the lounge via email notification. I have tried using my shortcut which goes directly to the Access page.
http://www.wopr.com/cgi-bin/w3t/postlist.p...w=expanded&sb=5

When I get there, I have to click the +/- sign in the upper right hand part of the screen to get the "Collapsed View".

Just answered my own question by looking at the shortcut.

I have changed the word expanded to collapsed and it works fine.

Thanks for replying. Apparently I never changed the shortcut after I changed my profile settings.

Much appreciated Leif !!!

I always enter the lounge via the http://www.wopr.com/lounge. This then will retain your settings, and will take you directly to the "main" or "control panel" views (your choice in the control panel).
