    Outlook (2000XP)

I am trying to help out a friend. Here is what he has to say; "I updated to Office 2000XP. This also changed Outlook the latest version. Search as I may I cannot find the tab to remove the mail from the server so each time I log on I get all the old messages again". I am still in my infancy and using Outlook 2000 , so any help would be appreciated.

    Re: Outlook (2000XP)

Friend said he has done that, but there appears to be no such properties. I must add that I think that when he upgraded to Office XP a new version of Outlook was also installed. Since I have no way of checking out his set-up, then like you, I am lost

Thanks a million. Shortly after I posted my last message, my friend reported he found the solution to his problem and it was exactly as you have shown.

    Thanks to all who responded.
