    Bookmarks & collapsible lists (FP2000)

I have a colleague using FP2000 for a webiste with collapsible lists. Some of the list entries are hyperlinks to bookmarks in the same file. She has just re-arranged the lists and now the hyperlinks to the bookmarks are behaving in a strange manner. The page jumps to the bookmark but then jumps further down the page. This seems to be a bout 2 bookmarks further down.
Can anyone shed any light on this please ?
    Thanks,

Re: Bookmarks & collapsible lists (FP2000)

It sounds like FP is looking after your colleague so well it is remembering the original bookmark and may be adding an additional link to the original position. (Typically it does things like offering to update hyperlinks to pages if you rename them.)

    Bookmarks appear as <a name="Bookmark">
Hyperlinks to bookmarks appear as Link
(Where "Hyperlink.htm" is the linked-to page, "Bookmark" is the name of the bookmark, and "Link" is the text that appears as the hyperlink. The "#" signifies the bookmark within the link.)

I would check the html for additional code FP may have added.

    Leif,
Many thanks. I had been suspecting something like this!! I'll go and get them to try to un-FP the site.
