Peer to peer networking windows 2k

I am using a Windows 2000 as host computer and Windows 98se as a client computer. I am able to see and download files on the 2k computer but unable to get into the 2k computer from the w98se computer. Every time I try I get asked for a password, also on w98se computer I can't get ICS or Printer sharing to work

You must enable 'Guest'.
Open 'Users and Password in the control panel.
Click the Advance button, select the 'Guest' account, Right click, and clear the 'Account is disabled' check box.

Now running HP Pavilion a6528p, with Win7 64 Bit OS.

We lost the thread, here is a link to couchman's second reply http://www.wopr.com/cgi-bin/w3t/showflat.p...=collapsed&sb=5 where started a new thread.
Now on your Win 2K machane you must share the drives if that is what you want to do.
