    Keyboard uninstall/reinstall

I have a NetMedia Keyboard (AT/PS2 version) which has worked great for almost 3 yrs. Suddenly, some keys have started giving me problems. First the left arrow key started acting up so I had to press it more than once for it to work. Now this is happening to other keys. Before I go out and buy another keyboard, I would like to know if there is anything I can do. I have thought of uninstalling then re-installing the software (driver?) but I want to make sure I do this in the correct order.

Thank you for any help you can provide.
