WinMe and XP duality (2000 and XP)

I have two partitions, one running Outlook 2000 on Win Me and the other Outlook XP on Win XP. At the moment the WinMe partition gets most use and contains the active PST file. Can I point Outlook XP at the PST file on the WinMe partition so that whichever partition I happen to be in Outlook runs off the same PST file? XP can see the Me stuff but not vice versa.

yes you can... but if you are using rules in OL2002, every use of OL2000 will break the rules, since they are now stored in the pst.

You can export them from OL2002 and import them when you use the partition to get around it. The rules in ol2000 shouldn't be affected.
