    Alt PrtScn (2000)

I have an Access VBA application that allows a user to choose some selection criteria on a form and produces a graph in another form using the MSChart ActiveX control.

I want to use Alt PrtScn to copy this form to the clipboard but only this form.

When I press Alt PrtScn it captures the whole screen, including the Access menus etc.

Why doesn't it just capture the current form to the clipboard? After all, it's the current window. All my other VBA applications do this when I tried it.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    Regards,

    Kevin Bell

Unfortunately, Access is the current window, not the form. I suppose you could create a button that performs the File|Print command. Or you could create a report that looks like your form and have a button to print that.
