Norton Registry Editor can't find keys

In Norton Utilities 2002's Registry Editor, I'm having trouble searching my registry for keys. For example, I do a search on "SysTray.exe" (which I know is there and the Windows 98 regedit.exe can find) and I get nothing. I've tried searching on several other keys which I KNOW are there (such as TweakUI, and SystemTray, and POINTER.EXE), and it never finds anything. Regedit.exe finds all of these just fine.

I've looked on Symantec's web site for clues/updates, but no luck. If anyone out there is running NU 2002, can you duplicate the lack of results I'm getting? What's the trick to searching the registry using this software?

    Thanks in advance!

Re: Norton Registry Editor can't find keys

I'd suggest asking this question in the Symantec user support forum for the product.

THe forums are monitored by Symantec support folkes and they usually respond quickly.
