    Exporting Reports (2000)

I have tons of reports - all exactly what I want and all formatted perfectly.

My company is going with Netobjects Fusion as it's intranet page editor and I am now in need of exporting all these monthly reports for posting on the web.

Problem: When I export to MS Word I get the exact report with out all the nice borders...
When I export as a SnapShot file the looks is perfect (it is a snapshot of the report after all) but not all users in the company have Access loaded so they do not have the ability to view this format...
and the reports in Excel is out of the question <img src=/S/wink.gif border=0 alt=wink width=15 height=15>

Q: Can I get the report in their exact format out of Access and into a .pdf format???
If NO - Any thoughts or suggestions???
    There is always a way.

Simplest solution I would have thought may be to download the snapshot viewer from MS. If you do a search on this forum I think I recall seeing a link to its location on the MS website.
Otherwise I guess if you have one of the Adobe Distiller (I think) products, you can effectively 'print' the file to a pdf file.
    Hope that helps.

If you have Adobe Acrobat (full version, not the reader) installed on your pc, you have a printer installed named Acrobat Distiller.
Printing to that printer will ask for a name and a location for the file and will generate a pdf file.

Access XP is supposed to be able to export reports to HTML format, but if you're stuck with 2000, you'll have to follow one of the other suggestions made.
