    Creating a Outlook Task (Excel 2000)

    I have a table with Promotions and dates promotions should take place and the person responsible. Example:

    Promotion Date Person Responsible

    Soap 19/02/02 Mr A
    Cooldrink 20/02/02 Mr B

    I would like to generate from the worksheet a task reminder Weekly Cycle in order to notify and remind the relevant people.

    Any ideas will be appreciated
