    Comma-Delimited Text File (Excel 2000 / Word 2000)

I saved a Word 2000 form as a comma-delimited text file. Looks like this:
    "Don Jones","01/30/02","Support",1,0,"02/01/1999","02/02/1999","1.00"

    My Question:
How do I get this in Excel 2000? In different columns based on the comma(,). Help

If you save it with the extension .csv, Excel should open it up without a problem.

I just tried it by copying exactly what you have into Notepad, saving it as test.csv, then double-clicked it. Excel opened it up, but did reformat the second two dates to just dd/mm/yy

Make sure the file extension is .CSV. Then in Excel do a File/Open, select the file and click OK.
