How do I query for a blank date? (MS Access 97)

Just hit a stone wall. I have a field in Date format mm/dd/yyyy. In the query I want it to show only if the date is not blank. This shouldn't be a problem, I just can't remember.....

In a query enter Not Is Null
In sql : WHERE (Not (Table1.DateField) Is Null)
