Get the right click menu using a keyboard shortcut

Is there any way to get to the right click menu using only the keyboard?

I am editing a series of files and at the moment I am doing this:
highlight filename; right click; send to my editor; type type edit edit; exit; key down to next filename etc....
The only non-keyboard thing is the rightclick and it's a pain. Any ideas? I don't want to re-assign the file type (I'm editing source files directly rather than use a very painful interface).

    Any suggestions welcome!!

    Oh Derrrr....
In explorer, File > Send To...
    Hence, Alt F N

    Sometimes I wonder about myself.

Isn't there an actual "right-click" button? Next to the right-hand Windows key there's a key with a picture of a little menu with a mouse pointer next to it.

Isn't this the right-click key? It's behaving that way on my system.

Indeed that is the function of that key - but it is only available on Windows-enahnced keyboards. The nice thing about SHIFT+F10 is that it is universal and works in all modern (post 3.x) versions of Windows, regardless of keyboard.
