Report Data to Powrepoint (A2K - SR1)

Anyone know of a way to insert report data from MS Access to powerpoint such that you can get the whole report in a legible fashion.

The MS Access reports are 8.5 x 11 landscape and need to be copied into a powerpoint presentation. However, in print preview in Access you can only see part of the report. The report is too small when viewing the entire report to copy and paste into powerpoint. Exporting the data to MS Word works, but I lose all of the report formatting and I can paste special via the export.

Any ideas??

I'm not a Powerpoint user and know about nothing of it but from the Insert Object menu it seems that you can import a snapshot.
Maybe you have to look in that direction.

Thanks for the input. The Snapshot file can be imported as an object, however, it's format is still too big to be viewed. I can't get it to format in a fashion that can be read by the users.

Maybe you will have to redesign your report to something with bigger fonts. Think about what your report would have to be if you was using it with an overhead projector. Generally a presentation slide contains fewer text than a report page.

... I already suggested changing the report, however the users like the current format. Of course, they want the best of both worlds.

Tell them to enlarge it themselves. <img src=/S/smile.gif border=0 alt=smile width=15 height=15> All they need is a new projector. We just got a Sony VPL-CX4: you can point to a portion of the screen and enlarge it digitally with the remote. Very cool. With a street price under $3,000, it's a deal.
