    Printing Read Receipts (2000)

    Hi,
A colleague just showed me a printout of an Outlook email message (memo print style) that had a list, at the bottom of the message, of the various people who had read the message and the time thereof. I know how to set up tracking options but haven't found a way to print out the tracking results with the message. Can anyone help? Thanks.

I believe you will only get the printout if you did actually get 'Received' and 'Read' receipts - if the recipient and/or their mailserver does not honour them, they won't be there.
You can get an idea of which may print out by adding the 'Receipt Requested' and 'Tracking Status' fields in your Sent folder.

Thanks for the hints. I've now succeeded in printing out the Tracking information from messages in the Sent Items folder. But I had to deselect "Use Microsoft Word to edit e-mail messages" (under Tools > Options > Mail Format) to make this happen. I'd been trying with Word set up as my e-mail editor.
