    msacn32.dll

After installing Kodak Picture to a Windows Millenium machine, windows displays a dialog box that say that "Explorer has caused an error in msacn32.dll. Explore will now close. If you continue to experience problems try restarting your computer." The same problem occurs after the reboot. I have deinstalled Kodak Picture and when going to Windows Explorer the message still displays. How do I get out of the error so that Windows Explorer works properly again.

Did you mean MSACM32.DLL?? Sounds like Kodak's software stomped on a Windows file version and now you have a mismatch.

The best thing to do would be to go into Add/Remove programs and remove Audio Compression, and then add it back. This will ensure that all the file versions match. Look under the Windows Setup tab, find the entry for Multimedia, and then click details.

You'll nbeed to reboot after removing it, and then again after reinstalling it.
