    OWA Archive

We are using Exchange in an academic environment. Most of our faculty and staff use Outlook 2000 or 2001 to access their mail. The problem is that our students only have access to OWA. What is the easiest way for the students to save their email locally? They often need to pull their mail off the server when the mailboxes get full and, when they leave for the year, they sometimes want to take their messages with them. Any suggestions?

which exchange server? if 2000, the students coul access their mail using HTTP and Outlook Express or OL2002. (Any version that supports Hotmail HTTP access.) They could easily save the messages into a local message store that way.

Yes - We are using 2000 - I'll look into the logistics of that - Thanks!
