Office Bar - 'Customize' dialog (Office 97 SR2)

One one workstation using NT 4.0 with Office 97, the Customize dialog for the Office Shortcut Bar has mysteriously decided to use a font that is much too large, with the result that the dialog contents are truncated off the right and bottom edges. Has anyone seen this happen? Do they know how to fix it? Technet search yields nothing.

Is this the only place where font sizes have changed?

Either Desktop > Properties and select a different font, or possibly the decreed font has been removed and it's using a default.

The user says that the problem has suddenly gone away. So, I guess I will leave it at that. Thanks though.
