Where are 'Message Rules' stored (OE6)

I really hate spam. Setting the rules in OE is a real PITA. The "rules" are difficult to enter using just the message box MS provides.

I have figured out that I can enter multiple fields at one time by adding extra punctuation:
If I type in the following text in the message box...
    sex' or 'virgin' or 'nubile
Microsoft will add a single quote to both ends and turn it into 3 words to filter.

But it would be FANTASTIC to have better control over what has already been entered and making changes to it.

they are in the registry. i know you can export it to move them to a new machine, but i never looked to see if it's plain text or hex. If plain text, you can edit it in notepad and import.
