    SELECT CASE too insensitive? (Word97SR2/VBA)

Word97SR2/VBA Help files for the CASE statement include this "If testexpression matches any Case expressionlist expression,", but they don't specify "matches".

My experience is that the Select Case statement performs case-insensitive matching, but I can find no reference to this in the VBA Help files.

    Can anyone confirm? Thanks.

    Chris,
I believe it depends on the Option Compare statement in your module. If you don't have one, then the default is binary so it should be case-sensitive.
    Hope that helps.
