    US International Keyboard settings

    Could somebody explane to me if there is some form or information about the things that happen to your keyboard if you select US Internetional:
    I mean stuff like:
    - Characters like " '` will (not) appear immidiatly
    - Is there a differance between the left and right Alt key
    - e.g.

    W9x Keyboard Layouts are stored in *.KBD files. I have not seen a specific comparison of the different layouts, however, you can use Keyboard Layout Manager
