Distribution lists and .cc or .bcc (Outlook 2000)

Is it possible to create a distribution list that has one or more people who will show in the .cc or .bcc field?

I regularly send items to various project team memeber but need to be able to .cc the directors of various departments. We've just switched to Outlook from Groupwise and I was wondering if it is possibe and if so how would I do it?

    Thanks for any replies.

Probably the easiest thing to do if it is a regular thing:

Create a new mail message and fill in the recipients into the To:, Cc: and Bcc: fields.
File Save, then close the message.

It should now be in your Inbox. Simply drag it to your Desktop or Start Menu where it will become a permanent, re-usable pre-addressed shortcut.

create the message and save it as a template (or publish it to a folder).

Copy the template into your drafts folder (or any folder- i have one called 'templates' that i use <img src=/S/smile.gif border=0 alt=smile width=15 height=15>) and double click when you need to send.

If you publish (can't if using word as the editor) you can access it from the actions menu when in the folder it was published to.
