    LTFIL10N.dll

At startup I get the message "can't find LTFIL10N.DLL." I assume this is a Windows ME file. My only option is to click "OK" and allow the system to finish booting. I do not know where the file went. I also do not know what this DLL does or where it belongs on my hard drive. In a Google search I found the file and downloaded it., but I do not know where to put it on my hard drive so that it can be found at startup or as needed. Anyone know?

    Re: LTFIL10N.dll

A Google search seems to link it with a Nikon digital camera and other graphic applications.
Have you any digital photo software installed? If so, try uninstalling and reinstalling it.

Otherwise, what have you listed in your startup folder?

Other startup programs will be listed if you run msconfig from Start | Run
