Re: Org Chart & Word (2.0 and 02K)

    When logged in as user, can you see any of the following registry keys?

    HKEY_CLASSES_ROOTOrgChart

    HKEY_CLASSES_ROOTOrgPlusWOPX.4

    HKEY_CLASSES_ROOTCLSID{E4C18D40-1CD5-101C-B325-00AA001F3168}

    I don't really have a good understanding of how privileges are attached to programs in Windows 2000. The gurus over on the Windows 2000 board might be able to shed some light.

    Org Chart & Word (2.0 and 02K)

Edited by Andrew Cronnolly on 05-Mar-02 19:29.
EDIT : Problem posted at Windows 2000 forum <!post=Here,122193>Here<!/post>. Please post any response to that thread.

    Have installed the user as a restricted user. They need to be able to create an org chart and can't. It works if I log-on as administrator and as a power user. Does anyone know of a work-around for this? The machine also has W2K installed.
