    Letter head (IE6)

Hope this is not too basic but trying to set up a letter head on word 2000 and trying to get the address in a text box at the bottom of the page. However as I type the contents of the letter the address moves down to the next page. Basically need to freeze the address at the bottom of the page

    Re: Letter head (IE6)

Well, I hope I can help in some way. I have set up for letterhead and I put all the information in the header and footer. It doesn't have to be in text boxes. Just "View Footer" and you can set up tabs to type you address or insert your company logo or any other information.

Natalie got it...the best way is to place your letterhead information in the Header and Footer. That way, it won't move with the text.

How can I get a different header / footer on the second and subsequent pages? (addbalance.com/word/headersfooters.htm)

Download the Letterhead Textboxes and Styles tutorial and Letterhead System (addbalance.com/word/download/index.htm) for examples.
