offline sync only works on exchange mailboxes, so you's need to have the folders in our mailbox.

if the archive pst is stored on the server, why not copy it to your drive for offline access?

    Re: Synchronize pst files

I am currently archiving Outlook to a network location. I want it to be available online, and off. I need it synced to the network drive in case of local drive failure.

right - don't move the archive to a local drive, only a copy. just be sure you don't save things to the copy since you can't actually sync the files.

if using win2k, set up a shared folder for offline use.
