Date and Time Formats (Word 2000 SR1)
I was grateful to Phil and Chuck in October 2001 when they gave me suggestions on how to get rid of the initial zero when you are in a country where dates are written in the "day month year" layout and Word gives you eg. "06 March 2002" on all dates before "10 March 2002"
Well, I finally beat this won so here it is. I'm in Win95, but you'll all get what I mean.
In the control panel find Regional Settings. Click on the Date tab. Find Long Date Style. Loose one of the "d"s in "dd MMMM yyyy". And that's it.
Hope this helps.
