    default contact address

I've created a custom contact form in Outlook 2000 C/W. The form defaults to the business address. I've changed it to the Home address in design mode and saved it but it reverts back to business address.

Any ideas on how to make it default to Home address?

are you opening a form, setting it to home address then publishing?
you need to create your own button, that one will always default to Business. (You can't change the label names either)

I open it, change it to Home, go into design mode, and publish it.

I know how to create a button. But what am I binding it to and do I default it to Home?

actually, if the home address is always going to be the default mailing address, do it your way but add the mailing address tick. Mailing addresses always are default.

That'll be easier than making your own.
