'Automatic' file name when saving as a Web Page (Excel 2000 SR1)

I have a macro that loops thru a list and prints out reports based on the criteria in the list. I have now been asked to do the same thing but instead of printing the report to a printer, to save it as an HTML document. My problem is...how do I get the macro to save each report under a different name.

    Thanks in advance

Can't you convert the relevant criteria into strings and then pass them into the file names? If dates are necessary, concatenating them to the strings should fit the bill. HTH

What method are you using to create the report (VBA Print Line command, Print a worksheet, etc.)?

Since you specified an HTML document, then I would guess you are creating a report on a worksheet and then printing that sheet. If that is the case, then you can copy your report sheet to a new workbook, and do a File SaveAs and specify the file name and location you want and HTML format.
