How to keep rejected appointment in calendar (outlook 2000/2002)

    Hello,
How do I have the appointment invitation I rejected still recorded in my
calendar instead of it being deleted? I m using outlook 2000 and outlook
    2002.
    Is this possible?
If keeping it in calendar is not possible, how about not letting the
rejected appointment invitation from being deleted by outlook?

Thanks in advance for any advise and help rendered.

    Best Regards

I'm pretty sure you can't do what you want - at least on OL2K. Meeting requests are "hard wired" to act as they do. You'd could create a custom, corporate meeting request replacement. I wouldn't go there personally. I don't think you can create a personal script to change this behavior (but I could be wrong).
