OK...I'm not sure if this can be done, but here goes.
My table has a couple of fields, Verified and Updated, which are yes/no fields.
When the user prints, verified becomes true, when the user updates the record, updated becomes true.
In my report, I need to provide how many records were printed and how many records have been updated.
How can I accomplish this. If I put "yes" in the query for verified, the count is correct, however, when I put "yes" in the query for updated, I get the correct value for all the records that have updated. I want the correct number printed AND the correct number updated.

In a totals query use the expressions Abs([Updated]) and Abs([Verified]) and sum both of them. Because True (or Yes) evaluates to -1 and False (No) to 0, this will give you the relevant counts for each. The Abs simply removes the negative signs.
