Watermark?? (2002)

Attached is a Word document that looks to have a watermark. (I've deleted everything but the background in order to reduce it to posting size.) I cannot figure how to remove the watermark. I put it there myself about a year ago which makes this problem more embarrassing. Thanks

The watermark is a Picture that is anchored in the Header. You need to double click somewhere in the header (or View => Headers and Footers) and then you can select and delete the picture.
