Print all function ordering (Office XP)

I am using Office XP (with W2k OS). On a spreadsheet I have many tabs. I have created a print area for each and use a macro to "print all pages". I have had to move some of the tabs around though in a different order. I want to be able to print the pages in the order they appear and not skipping all around. Is there a way to do this?

I opened up the editor and each of the tabs appear on the left, but they are scrambled and I didn't see a way to move them around to the correct ordering.

Second question:
I have a ss with many e-mail addresses that our company can click on immediately send an e-mail to that person. I also have set up a group to be able to send one e-mail to the group. There seems to be a limit to the number of e-mail addresses in a mailto: hyperlink in Excel. Is there a work-around for this?

This code should print all sheets in the order they appear in the workbook:

<pre>Public Sub PrintAllPages()
Dim oSheet As Worksheet
For Each oSheet In Worksheets
oSheet.PrintOut
Next oSheet
End Sub
</pre>

I tried that and it gave me a Compile error: syntax error.

BTW, I'm not sure what that command does, but I want it to print only the set print area as there is more on each page that I don't want printed.

Below is what i'm currently using:

Sub print_all_sheets()
'
' print_all_pages Macro
' Macro recorded 6/20/2001 by KenZ
'
ActiveWorkbook.Worksheets.PrintOut
End Sub

Did you copy my macro from the message and paste it into your Workbook? That macro works fine on my Excel 2000. What line is getting the error?

My macro should also just print the set print area for each worksheet.

My mistake. I had the Dim on a separate line.

Works great. Thanks!!!

Now, did you see my second question regarding the hypertext?

I can't help with the second question. You might want to post it as a separate thread since it has nothing to do with the subject of this one.
