    Formating Reports (Access 2000)

    I need to format a field in a report with a capital first letter and the rest of the letters lower case - Proper Case - but cant find out if this is possible in Access 2000 from the help screens. Anybody help

    Look up the StrConv function in Help. The conversion argument 3 is vbProperCase.

    If you want proper case (every word with capital) strconv will do it.
    =StrConv([YourField],3)
    If you want only the first word of the field with capital use :
    =UCase(Left([YourField], 1)) & Mid([YourField], 2)
