Not sure if what you want can be done --- partly because your question isn't specific enough for me to figure out what your'e asking --- could you describe the end result you're looking for in more detail?

    Re: Outlook Calendar (97/98)

I have users who are used to working off a Yearly planner (one that shows the 12 months at once). They have decided to convert this view to an Excel spreadsheet which they share. I have talked with them about it and they say its very important that they see all 12 months at the same time with the school dates and functions listed. What I am looking for is a view in Outlook that will provide the same functionality or another calendare application that will do the same thing. Any help greatly appreciated

Outlook doesn't have a planner view natively. There are some addins (look at http://www.slipstick.com) that can can do it. Otherwise, excel sounds like a good workaround.
