    Saving global features (Project 2000)

I have a user who states...

"I have some 98 templates, that I have upgraded to 2000. When I open Project, the templates are there, but they do not retain their global settings. For example, any views that I have set do not remain."

    Any suggestions?

I do believe that the only way to have the global settings transfer from 98 to 2000 is when you do an upgrade to the entire software (only speaking from personal experience when upgrading). If you are just converting some files then you will have to manually go into tools, organizer and copy the views over. Bummer.

Thanks very much for this Tanya. I was beginning to think that know one would answer this one.

Not the best news in the world, but hey...

    Thanks again.
