    Overtime pay (XP)

    Please see attached worksheet. How in the #&@*!(* do I write a formula in Cell E2 to multiply the number of hours worked over the regular hours times the OT pay rate of $15.00 an hour??????

    If you need to consider the minutes, you must put the next in E2

    =((HOUR(C4)+(MINUTE(C4)/60))*ot)
