eliminating 'File Window Help' Menubar (2000)

Is there a way of not displaying the "File Window Help" menu bar when no form is open? I created my own menu bar to control program flow. I can nondisplay it when a form is open (Menu bar "=1") but when no form is open, it always displays...any suggestions?
    Thanks.

If no form is open, don't you still need a menubar for exiting the application or for other purposes? In any case, this has been discussed before in the lounge. One way to do it is to create an empty menubar and make that the default application menubar in your startup code. The other is to set the Allow Built-in Toolbars startup option to false.
