Recommendations on Word VBA book (1)

Looking for a good book to jump-start me using VBA for Word. Any recommendations ?
    I'm looking for something up-2-date ( word-97, word-2k, etc. )

    thanks in advance

Re: Recommendations on Word VBA book (1)

I recommend Word 2000 VBA Programmer's reference by Duncan Mackenzie. It is one of the most accessible books I know that includes the entire Word Object Model. If you are very much a beginner, I would start with the advanced chapters on building a template and programming a user form which can be found in any of the big word guides such as Que's Special Edition Using Word 2000. That will give you the ground work for anything more advanced. I also found that Woody's Word 97 annoyances was a wonderful way to get started.
    Hope this helps.
