    Cursor (Word XP)

    <img src=/S/help.gif border=0 alt=help width=23 height=15>

    I would like to change color, size and flash rate of the cursor in a Word document.

    I assume you mean the vertical bar that represent the insertion point.

    The last time I looked into this, I didn't find a whole lot, but you could start with this thread.

    Edited: <!t>[Post=DisplayText,PostNumber]<!/t> tag added to make the post number live. -Mod.

    Look at <!post=Post #154375,154375>Post #154375<!/post> -- I found a way to change the vertical insertion-point bar to a "bold" one, i.e., about twice as thick as usual. That's the best I've ever been able to do. (I'm running Word 97 under Win XP Pro and Win 98 SE. It work under both of them with no problem (at least not for me).

    Good luck!
